Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is your turnaround time?  Your order will ship within 1-3 business days via USPS with tracking (for non-custom pieces). Talk about fast!
  2. Will I receive an email when my order ships? Yes, an email with tracking is provided at the time of shipment. Time to do a happy dance! 
  3. Do you ship internationally? Yes, I do ship to over 200 countries, woohoo!
  4. What if my order is a gift being sent directly to the recipient? Just make sure the address at checkout is correct for the recipient's address. Orders always come gift wrapped and if you would like a message included from you, I can add a complimentary card. Simply add your message in the "notes to seller" box at checkout. Super easy!
  5. Can I place a RUSH order? Ready to ship items already ship within 1-3 business days (usually less than 24hrs) and expedited shipping options are available upon checkout. If you need a custom order rushed, please email me at hello@artbysharell.com to see if it can be an option.
  6. Do you have any current discounts? The best way to know of any special offerings is to join my free newsletter (sign up below) and follow me on Instagram here!
  7. Can I receive a refund if I forget to use a code at checkout? Unfortunately, no. Coupon codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase.
  8. Do your signs come with a hanger?  Yes, all signs come with a sawtooth hanger attached to the back, unless otherwise noted.
  9. How much is shipping? Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and your location. All domestic orders ship via USPS with tracking. 
  10. What is your return/exchange policy? I do accept returns (on non-custom orders), just first contact me via email at hello@artbysharell.com within 7 days of delivery. The item(s) must be shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery and buyer pays return shipping. Product(s) must be back in my possession and in original condition and then a refund will be given. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact me via email at hello@artbysharell.com within 72 hours of delivery of your order. I do not accept exchanges or order cancellations. I am unable to accept returns on custom orders. 
  11. How do I place an order? Simply visit my Etsy shop here, add your selected items to your cart, and checkout using a variety of payment options.
  12. Do you offer wholesale? Yes, I do offer wholesale for selected items. If you are a retailer interested in providing your customers with Art By Sharell pieces, you may contact me here or directly at hello@artbysharell.com 
  13. Do you accept custom orders? Yes, I do accept custom orders on a limited basis. You can read more about the process here.
